Shirley Divelbiss Lilley, 79, of Baltimore, MD was called to her heavenly home on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, with family surrounding her at St. Joseph's Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Shirley was born July 4, 1945, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Helen Keefer Divelbiss of Chambersburg, PA.
She was a graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School, Class of 1963. She attended the Trinity Lutheran Church. Shirley enjoyed reading, making crafts, and cooking. She also treasured her friendships with everyone and especially her dear friend Connie and her family in Florida.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Mike Lilley, whom she married on April 28, 1968; three children; son, Todd Lilley (Jackie) of New Jersey, two daughters Tara Lilley and Heather Lilley, both living at home; two granddaughters, Julia Regalbuto (Vince) and Emma Lilley; and their pet, Maggie.
She is also survived by her two sisters in Chambersburg, Judy Mongold (Jim) and Brenda Divelbiss. She was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Divelbiss.
Services will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, November 21, 2024 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202 with Rev. Dr. A. Robert Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Norland Cemetery, Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Thursday afternoon in the funeral home.
