Russell L. Schwartz, 93, of Quincy, PA passed away Friday, November 15, 2024 in Quincy Village where he had resided for the last several years. Born January 28, 1931 in Princess Anne, MD he was the son of the late John F. and Louise (Lowman) Schwartz.
Russ was the owner and operator of the Old South Mountain Inn where he got to enjoy his passion of cooking. He was a member of Quincy United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Cindy Revell of Big Pool, MD and nieces and nephews, Frankie Revell, Sonia Perky, Matthew Polanski, Linda Lloyd, and Mark Kelchner. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Judy (Revell) Schwartz who passed away December 1, 2020 and a brother, Charles F. Schwartz.
Services and interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
