HAGERSTOWN – The Washington County Board of Commissioners will meet in executive session at a special session at 10 a.m. today. They will reconvene in open session after the meeting. The meeting will be at 100 W. Washington St., Suite 2600. Their discussion centers on alleged policy violation and disciplinary action.
