WAYNESBORO – In downtown Waynesboro, Buddy the Elf and Santa prepared for an exciting event. The atmosphere buzzed with anticipation as they geared up for the Saturday ride known as “Santa and Buddy On a Harley.” This festive occasion was organized by the Waynesboro Police Department in collaboration with ABATE of Pennsylvania’s Monterey Pass riders. As they gathered at the Waynesboro Mall, Buddy playfully asked Santa, “What’s your favorite color?” This light-hearted banter set the tone for the day. The route was planned to take participants west on Main Street, turning onto Broad Street, then left on North Street, followed by a series of turns onto Potomac, Clayton and back to Main. The ride culminated as they followed Main Street to the town square. Participants donned festive attire, and motorcycles gleamed under the winter sun. Families and friends lined the streets to cheer on the riders, creating a vibrant community atmosphere. The event not only celebrated the holiday spirit but also fostered camaraderie among motorcycle enthusiasts and local residents alike.
