Mr. Terry Vandermark, 67, of South Mountain, PA, passed away Tuesday, January 21,
2025 at an extended care facility where he had resided for several years.
Terry was born July 15, 1957 in Pennsylvania and made his living as a butcher. He spent
most of his adult life in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This was the place he called home, hence his
love for all things Pittsburgh including the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins.
Terry loved being outdoors, and would rather have been walking in fresh air than
anywhere else. Those who loved him knew that having an extended conversation with Terry
meant being able to keep pace with his brisk walk. He was also known for a dry sense of humor
that endeared him to many.
Terry leaves behind two children as well as a host of friends who loved him dearly.
Services and burial will be private.
