Logan A. Gilbert, 18, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023 in WellSpan York Hospital. Born November 16, 2005 in Chambersburg he was the son of Petrina (Rakintzis) Riley and her husband Tyler of Chambersburg and Shane Gilbert and his wife Jessica of Greencastle, PA.
He was currently attending Chambersburg Area Senior High School. Logan was a hard worker working alongside his mom at Main Street Family Diner as a host. He loved fishing, BMX bike riding, hunting, and listening to music. He was a respectful young man and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Arianna and Landyn Malone, Karleigh Humphrey, Colbey Gilbert, Raidyn Martin, Jayden Riley, and Brianna Trinquero; grandparents, Marvin Yohe, Tracy Sprow (Randy Knuckles), Marcy Riley and Michael Riley; and his girlfriend of three years, Natalie Write. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Trudy and Curtis Harnish and Jake Sprow.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, December 1, 2023 in the Knights of Columbus Chambersburg, 336 E Garfield St, Chambersburg, PA 17201. The family encourages all in attendance to write a memory they have of Logan to add his memory box. Arrangements are entrusted to SimpleChoice Cremation Services of Chambersburg.
