David P. Johns, Jr. 60, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Friday, August 11, 2023 in the Chambersburg Hospital. Born April 2, 1963 in Chambersburg, he was the son of the late David P. Johns, Sr. and Barbara (Fortney) Johns.
He loved hosting get-togethers with his friends and neighbors. David enjoying going out with his wife and friends to different clubs to listen to live music, he especially enjoyed listening to Jason Kabler play his favorite songs. He also enjoyed playing cornhole and watching football, little league baseball, and NASCAR. David will be greatly missed by many.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie (Carbaugh) Johns; two daughters, Kayla Burkhard (Tony) and Cheyenne Daley; and s son; John Daley, Jr.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 5:00pm until the last person leaves. For directions please reach out to Bonnie at 717-729-8518. Please bring a chair and whatever you would like to drink for the evening. The night will be filled with sharing memories of David.
