Christopher "Chris" Paul Mulford, 56 of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, peacefully entered the arms of the Lord on August 8, 2025, at Hershey Medical Center surrounded by the love of his girls. Born January 16, 1969, in Baltimore, Maryland to Joseph Mulford and Frieda Sager and Tom Ritter, his stepfather. Chris lived a life marked by hard work, devotion, generosity, and faith. Chris was presently employed at NVR and a volunteer firefighter with Mont Alto Volunteer Fire Department. He had a deep love for the outdoors and could often be found working outside, tackling projects, or enjoying the beauty of nature. Above all, Chris cherished spending time with his family-whether it was sharing laughter around the table, making memories on family outings, or enjoying quiet moments together at home. To his family, Chris was more than a father, husband, son, uncle, brother-he was a protector, believer, supporter and a source of endless love and wisdom. His guidance, humor, and ability to bring calm to any storm will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Chris is survived by his beloved wife, Jessica; their two cherished daughters, Emma and Kaitlyn; his brothers, Joseph Mulford (Pat) of Charleston, SC, Michael Mulford (Maureen) of Charleston, SC, and Mark Mulford (Jenny) of Hagerstown, MD; his sisters, Mary Kay Culver (Rich) of Towson, MD, Barbara Mulford (Alan) of Chambersburg, PA, and Anne Jarmon (Maury) of Bowie, MD; his stepbrothers, Wayne Ritter and Brian Ritter, both of Bolivia, NC; and his stepsister, Mary Jo Carlo of Hilton Head, SC. He is reunited in heaven with his beloved son, Kyle, whom he now holds once again in his arms. Chris’s life was a testament to the power of kindness, service, and love. Though his time on earth was too far short, his legacy will continue through the countless lives he touched, the lessons he taught, and the love he poured into his family. While his absence leaves an ache that words cannot fully capture, those who knew him take comfort in knowing he is at peace, held in the arms of the Lord, and that one day, they will meet again. A memorial service honoring Chris’s life will take place on Friday, August 15th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Sellers Funeral Home & Cremation Services. There will be an one hour time of visitation prior to the service beginning at 6:00 p.m. From your family: Chris, you were our safe place, our protector, and our greatest blessing. You showed us what it means to work hard, love deeply, and never take a single moment for granted. We will miss your laughter, your advice, and your hugs that could make any day better. Life will never be the same without you, but we carry your love in our hearts and your lessons in our lives. Until we meet again, we love you more than words will ever be able to say.
