CHAMBERSBURG – At Hamilton Heights Elementary School, students in the autistic support program celebrated the holiday season with a day filled with joy and festive activities. The event featured a variety of holiday stations where students engaged in crafts, decorated cookies, played games and enjoyed hot cocoa while watching a movie. Adding to the excitement, Santa Claus and the Grinch made special appearances, visiting classrooms and greeting students as they arrived at school. This heartwarming event aimed to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, allowing all students to participate in the holiday spirit. The day’s activities not only fostered creativity and fun but also provided an opportunity for social interaction among peers, enhancing the overall school community experience.
