Charles L. Keefer Jr. ,79, passed away August 4, 2025, at the Chambersburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born January 14, 1946, in Chambersburg, the son of the late Lavina and Charles Keefer. Charles is survived by his wife, Cheryl Keefer. Services will be private.
