Tayshona J. “Tay” Fletcher, 26, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at her home. Born April 17, 1998 in Lebanon, PA, she was the daughter of Gerald A. Tasker, Jr. and Nicole Koppenhaver Tasker.
Tay was a graduate of the Chambersburg Area Career Magnet School and Chambersber Vo-Tech. She had a gigantic smile and contagious laugh. Tay loved being a part of anything and everything. She loved being with her son eleven week old, Luca, getting her nails done, going out to eat and watching crime shows, especially “The First 48”.
In addition to her parents, Tay is survived by her son, Luca Williamson; fiancé, Brady Williamson; two brothers, Isaiah and Malachi Tasker; maternal grandparents, Crystal Herr “Nana”, and Michael Koppenhaver; paternal grandfather, Gerald A. Tasker, Sr.; great grandmother, Carol Smith; two aunts, Rachel Baez (Josè), and Erica Bronik; and two uncles, Sanjeer Herr and Jeromey Tasker.; and numerous loving great aunts, great uncles and cousins. Tay was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Grace Yeager; and her paternal grandmother, Shari Tasker.
A memorial service for Tay will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at the Brownsville Church of God. Rev. Victor Johnson will officiate. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg, PA. Condolences and memories may be shared at geiselfuneralhome.com.
