WAYNESBORO – The Washington Township Planning and Zoning Committee will discuss two items relating to solar energy at their 1:30 p.m. meeting on Monday, Dec. 9.
The meeting will be at township offices, 11798 Buchanan Trail E., and a public comment period is included on the agenda.
The first solar-related item is listed as a “time extension” for the Neibert Solar Farm, while the second is listed as consideration of a solar ordinance.
Township supervisors are scheduled to meet in a workshop after the Planning and Zoning Committee meeting concludes.
