WAYNESBORO – Waynesboro police said they have identified two juvenile suspects in connection with the theft of packages from an address on West North Street on Dec. 4. Because they are underage, officers are not disclosing their identification. Photos of the suspects were posted on LocalNews1 and on Crime Watch, and officers expressed thanks to the public in helping with this case.
