David L. Pogue, III, 40, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2024 in WellSpan York Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Born February 9, 1984 in he was the son of David L. Pogue, Jr. and Barbara A. (Zimmerman) Pogue.
He was a graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School with the Class of 2002. David then went on to obtain his certificate in HVAC from York Technical Institute. He was employed for Martin’s and Giant Food Stores in the area as assistant meat manager for a number of years. He was currently employed at the Martin’s in Hagerstown, MD. David was a loving father, husband and son. He was a gentle giant and kept to himself. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gaming, and building Legos. David was also an avid sports fan and enjoyed cheering on the Washington Capitals, Nationals, and Commanders and the Miami Hurricanes.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of eight years, Tandi C. (Christophel) Pogue and three children, Aryanna R. Pogue, Brayden L. Pogue, and Dezirae E. Pogue.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, November 10, 2024 in the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202.
