Mrs. Cheryl Ann (Little) Wolfe, 50, of Mercersburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, May 19, 2024.
Born May 11, 1974 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Nelson Eugene Little and Carol Ann (Bragunier) Little.
Cheryl was a graduate of Smithsburg, MD High School with the Class of 1992.
Prior to her retirement in 2016, she was employed by CitiBank for over 20 years.
Cheryl was a member of Frank L. Carbaugh American Legion Post #373, Greencastle, PA. She was an excellent cook who treasured the companionship of her beloved dog, Blue.
After being told she would never be able to have children and many years of struggle, her greatest accomplishment came when she became a mother to her son, Kaleb, her pride and joy.
Cheryl leaves behind her husband of 17 years, Joel T. Wolfe who she married January 20, 2006; son, Kaleb Wolfe; step-son, Joel T. Wolfe, Jr. of Berkeley Springs, WV; two grandchildren, Joanna Wolfe and Kole Wolfe; step-mother, Margaret Olivia “Gail” Little of Hagerstown; faithful companion, Jim Collins of Upton; brother, Brent Little and his wife, Natalie of Smithsburg; step-brother, Jody of Shade Gap, PA; and a number of nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
