Gary L. Hoch, 72, of Mercersburg, PA passed away Friday, February 2, 2024 in the Mercy House of Chambersburg. Born January 28, 1952 in Waynesboro, PA he was the son of the late Paul K. and Mary Jane Yeager Hoch.
He was a graduate of James Buchanan High School with the Class of 1969. Gary was employed at Letterkenny Army Depot. He retired after 34 and a half years of service.
He is survived by two brothers William K. Hoch of Shippensburg, PA and Donald Y. Hoch of Mercersburg, PA; three nieces, Megan Pipp (Zack), Erin Knoll (Sam), and Courtney Hoch; a nephew, Kevin Hoch (Ashley); four great-nieces, Kylee and Lily Pipp and Adalee and Ellia Hoch; three great nephews, Hollen Hoch and Levi and David Knoll; former sister-in-law, Denise Hoch; and numerous cousins and endless list of friends.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by SimpleChoice Cremation Services, Inc. of Chambersburg.
